Clear, Simple, and Fair

  • Your total cost is based on Costco shelf prices + service markup + delivery fee determined by your Zone and order size.
    A 3% processing fee applies to all electronic payments.

Additional Fees (Apply to All Zones)

  • 3% processing fee – all electronic payments (credit, debit, Venmo Business, PayPal)

  • $15 rush fee – same-day delivery (if available)

  • $10 small-order fee – for orders under $75 merchandise total

  • Deposit: 50% of estimated cart or $50 minimum at scheduling

Each fee helps cover secure payment processing, fuel, and delivery coordination—keeping our local service consistent and dependable.

Example Order (Green Zone)

If your Costco items total $180:

  • Merchandise: $180

  • Markup (15%): $27

  • Delivery Fee: $20

  • Subtotal: $227

  • Processing Fee (3%): $6.81

  • Estimated Total: $233.81

  • Deposit: $90 (applied toward final total)

Final totals are reconciled with the actual Costco receipt before delivery.

Deposits & Adjustments

  • Deposit: 50% (or $75 minimum) secures your shopping slot and covers upfront costs.

  • Final invoice: Adjusted to actual Costco receipt (markup + delivery + applicable fees).

  • Receipts: Digital photo or scan provided.

  • Cancellations:

    • 24+ hours prior: deposit fully refundable.

    • Same day: deposit may be retained if shopping has started.

Delivery Windows & Scheduling

  • Preferred: 24-hour notice

  • Same-day: +$15 rush fee if available

  • Delivery windows: 2-hour standard

  • Check your Zone: Refer to map to confirm Green, Purple, or Red Zone eligibility

  • Recipient Required: Someone must be available to accept the delivery during your scheduled time. Orders cannot be left unattended for safety and quality reasons.

  • Special Handling:

    • Heavy or bulky items: No extra charge unless special access (stairs, gated entry).

    • Refrigerated or frozen items: Properly packed for temperature safety.

Is MyCostcoList affiliated with Costco?

  • No. MyCostcoList shops at Costco on your behalf but is not affiliated with Costco.

Why is there a 3% fee?

  • It covers secure electronic payment processing — not a markup.

Can I split delivery across addresses?

  • Each order applies to one address only. Split deliveries must be placed separately.

What about returns?

  • Defective or incorrect products may be returned per Costco policy. Additional delivery fees may apply for return trips.
