About Your Delivery Zone
-
The map provides an estimate of your service area.
Your exact delivery zone will be confirmed during our initial introduction to ensure accuracy before your first order.
Shopping & Delivery Schedule
Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
I accept up to 4 deliveries per day, depending on route efficiency and item availability at the Sandy Costco. Scheduling is finalized after our initial introduction to ensure your delivery time is accurate and realistic.
Weekend Order Policy (Saturday & Sunday)
Weekend traffic at Costco is intense, and efficiency matters. To maintain reliability—and to prioritize clients placing full household or large-group orders—weekend pickup and delivery follow stricter guidelines.
Weekend Order Requirements
-
Large orders only ($250+). Weekend service is reserved for higher-volume orders that require full-cart shopping and advance staging.
-
48-hour minimum lead time. Orders must be submitted no later than 48 hours before your weekend pickup or delivery window.
This allows enough time to shop ahead, stage everything securely at the 400 West facility, and avoid the weekend bottleneck. -
Limited availability. Same-day or next-day weekend requests are not accepted due to Costco congestion and operational scheduling.
-
Early week shopping. All weekend orders are shopped Thursday–Friday and stored at 400 West in temperature-controlled zones for smooth handoff.
Deposit Requirement for All Orders (Delivery & Pickup)
A 50% deposit is required for all orders, whether you choose delivery or pickup at 400 West. The deposit is collected at the time of booking and secures your scheduled slot. It also covers the upfront cost of shopping your order.
The remaining balance is charged after shopping is complete and the final Costco receipt total is confirmed.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
-
24+ hours prior: deposit fully refundable.
-
Same day: a portion of the deposit may be retained if shopping has started.
-
Perishable items cannot be returned after pickup or delivery for food-safety reasons
-
Report item issues immediately at pickup or upon delivery
-
Missing items will be corrected the same day
-
If Costco requires an item back for a refund, I will handle the return directly with Costco
-
For quality issues, Costco’s return guidelines apply
Clear communication ensures fast resolution.

FAQs
Why is there a 3% fee?
-
It covers secure electronic payment processing — not a markup.
Can I split delivery across addresses?
-
Each order applies to one address only. Split deliveries must be placed separately.
What about returns?
-
Defective or incorrect products may be returned per Costco policy. Additional delivery fees may apply for return trips.
Can I miss out on Costco sale items if I schedule later?
-
Yes. Sale items often have strict limits, and I can only buy what Costco allows. These items go to the day’s earliest scheduled orders, so late scheduling may mean missing out. Booking ahead gives you the best chance of getting limited sale items.
